If your modem model is not listed here, please return to the previous page and select the DSL Modem Instructions for your modem type. If you cannot find instructions for your exact modem model, then please contact the Help Desk at 800-400-5568.

VisionNet Modem Setup Instructions:

VisionNet M404, M410 and M505: Type in 10.0.0.2 into the address field of Internet Explorer or FireFox.
Username is: admin
Password is: visionnet

Click on Advanced Setup on the left-hand side of the web page.

VisionNet 207: Type in 10.0.0.2 into the address field of Internet Explorer or FireFox.
Username is: admin
Password is: visionnet

Click on Advanced Setup on the right-hand side of the web page.

Now click on the Edit button on the right-hand side of the page:

Select PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE) for the Connection Type and then click on Next at the bottom of the page:

DO NOT change the username or password. Just click Next:

Click the Next button one last time:

Click the Save button:

Finally click the Save/Reboot button. It will take a couple minutes for the modem to reboot.

Once the modem has completed the reboot all settings should be in place. You should now be able to connect to the Internet.
