Netopia 2247 Modem

Netopia 2247 Modem Instructions:

1) Open Internet Explorer. In the address bar, type: http://192.168.1.254 and hit Enter.

2) Enter "admin" for both the User Name and the Password. Click "OK."

3) Click on Expert Mode

4) Click on "OK."

5) Click on "Configure."

6.) Click on "WAN."

7) Click on "ATM" near the bottom.

8) Change the "Encapsulation" to "PPP over Ethernet." Change the "Multiplexing" to "LLC/SNAP."

Finally, click the Submit button.

9) A yellow triangle will have appeared in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on the triangle.

10) Click on "Save and Restart." That's all there is to it!
