Email Scam Alert:
If you receive an email from FAIRPOINT ADMIN regarding your account information and requesting you to return name/email address/password/date of birth information, please do not respond to the email. This is not a valid email and you should just delete the email. If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk at 800-400-5568.

We have recently made a change to your outbound email to further protect you and us from viruses and spam. This adjustment may require a change to the settings on your PC, of which you should have already been notified. If you are still having problems, follow these instructions.
